Carolyn is an industry veteran who brings more than 18 years of talent acquisition and client service expertise. She partners with leaders in finance, accounting, and corporate administration to design and deliver recruiting strategies that strengthen teams, reinforce culture, and secure enduring talent. Her career began in corporate finance, where she held roles in GM’s accounting and finance rotational program, served as a Senior Financial Analyst for a robotics company, and worked as an Assistant Controller in manufacturing. These experiences gave her a deep understanding of operational finance and shaped the analytical lens she brings to every search. Carolyn’s career path has been dynamic, balancing professional growth with motherhood, which adds a layer of empathy and authenticity to her consultative approach. She later transitioned into recruiting, holding leadership roles with Robert Half, Vaco, and Swank Motion Pictures. This mix of experience across both large, global staffing firms and corporate finance environments gives her clients the benefit of both breadth and depth in talent solutions. Carolyn is known for building genuine connections that put clients and candidates at ease. She advises and mentors candidates as thoughtfully as she serves her clients, offering practical insight and encouragement that extend well beyond individual searches. Jessica is an Executive Recruiter at Career Foundations, Inc., bringing a wealth of talent-acquisition expertise specializing in finance, accounting, operations and administrative support placements built over nearly a decade at Robert Half. There, Jessica advanced from Staffing Manager through Practice Director of Finance & Accounting Contract Talent to Recruiting Manager for Permanent Placement, consistently delivering customized solutions and exceeding placement goals. Earlier in her career, Jessica honed her consultative sales and client-service skills as an Inside Sales Representative at Informatica and ESG (Customer Success as a Service®). She holds dual bachelor’s degrees in Agricultural Studies and Business Management from Wilmington College. Known for her candidate-first approach, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to partnership, Jessica guides both clients and candidates through every step of the recruiting process, ensuring a seamless, high-touch experience.

Jeff brings more than 30 years of executive recruiting, strategic outreach, and business development expertise to his role as President and Co-Founding Partner of Career Foundations, Inc. He began his career in New York City, placing multilingual talent across global markets, before moving to Tampa to join Romac International (now Kforce Inc.), where he earned multiple Presidential Circle Awards. Later, he was tapped to launch and lead the Raleigh office as Business Unit Vice President, building a high-performing team and expanding the firm’s regional footprint.
Throughout his career, Jeff has worked within both large, national publicly traded organizations and privately held, niche staffing firms—experience that shaped his balanced, consultative approach to recruiting. In 2002, he co-founded Career Foundations with a vision and philosophy centered on cultural alignment and relationship-first engagement, blending the reach and rigor of national search with the agility and personalization of boutique recruiting to deliver lasting, values-driven placements.
Known for his warm communication style, strategic clarity, and high-touch approach, Jeff remains fully engaged with clients and candidates alike. Chris, a proud graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, spearheads executive search and talent-acquisition strategies across finance, accounting, human resources, and corporate administration. As the firm’s front-line leader, he oversees daily operations, optimizes processes, and remains a dedicated, hands-on partner to every client. He began his recruiting career at Kforce in 1999, mastering both recruiting and client-acquisition disciplines. Chris drove substantial new-client growth and expanded the firm’s staffing expertise across multiple industries attributing to his rapidly advancing to regional Director of Business Development. Earlier in his career, he served as Senior Financial Analyst at Entergy/ADT Security, where he honed his analytical skills and gained deep insight into corporate finance operations. With more than 25 years of experience and a sterling reputation for aligning top-tier talent with high-growth organizations through a consultative, relationship-driven approach, Chris combines financial acumen, recruiting expertise, and operational leadership to deliver tailored talent solutions and consistently exceed client expectations.
